Parent Teacher Association

The Red Rocks Parent Teacher Association (PTA), is an organization that supports teachers, parents and students through various activities and educational opportunities. Parental involvement is extremely important to the academic success of a child and Red Rocks is fortunate to have so many parents that are willing to volunteer within and outside the classroom.

The PTA also works closely with the school to bring opportunities to students that enrich their Red Rocks experience. These opportunities include coordinating before and after school clubs, the annual Reflections Art Program, author visits and curriculum enhancements from organizations like the Children’s Museum.

Red Rocks PTA also supports teachers by giving financial assistance for classroom needs and showing the school’s appreciation through special breakfasts and dinners. 

The PTA communicates to parents and teachers via the weekly Red Rocks Raccoon newsletter, our website, and Friday folders.

Red Rocks parents and teachers are exceptionally welcoming and are always open to new ideas on how to improve the student’s education and extracurricular activities.
